Responsibilities
You will develop skills in:
* Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with customers.
* Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners, grow your network, and develop lasting relationships.
* Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
* Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
* Leadership and Development: take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team, with opportunities to manage and promote others.
Qualifications
* Open to all undergraduate university students, regardless of university attended or subject studied. Assessment is based on competencies.
* Must hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence, with accommodations available for disabled applicants.
* No drug or alcohol‑related offence on a driving record within the last five years is permitted.
