Role Description
This is a casual on-site role for a Turnstile Operator located in Stoke-On-Trent. The Turnstile Operator will be responsible for managing entry points at Vale Park during match days and events. Tasks include checking tickets, providing directions, ensuring orderly access, and assisting with any entry-related issues. The operator will also maintain an accurate count of attendees and report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in ticket checking and counting
* Ability to maintain order and handle crowds effectively
* Strong communication skills for providing directions and assistance
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
* A passion for football and knowledge of Port Vale Football Club is advantageous
