They are looking for an ambitious Chef De Partie to join their team of 5 in creating a wide array of seasonal, French-inspired dishes packed with bold flavours. You will have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above. You'll be wondering what's in it for you as a Chef De Partie £36,000 per annum plus circa £4,000 service charge Set days off - Sunday and Monday Working alongside a fantastic Head Chef Responsibilities as the Chef De Partie Creating a variety of stunning French-inspired dishes for up to 20 covers at lunch and 50 covers during the evening service Running a section and ensuring consistently high-quality dishes Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades Making the most of the restaurant's access to the freshest ingredients sourced from small, independent suppliers Showcasing outstanding communication and teamwork skills You will be joining the team during a really exciting chapter as they work toward earning further accolades.
