About the Role
Here at Lorien we are looking for an organised, proactive and relationship‑focused Operations Coordinator to join our team supporting our MSP client account Programmes. This role plays a key part in keeping our programmes running smoothly by ensuring seamless onboarding, accurate data management, strong communication, and excellent stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
Support interview scheduling where required
Coordinate onboarding & offboarding activities
Ensure compliance: IR35, AWR, Right‑to‑Work, GDPR
Maintain VMS worker records, trackers and dashboards
Manage timesheet and contract extension processes
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completions
Monitor shared mailboxes and triage incoming queries
Stakeholder management and act as a key point of contact for internal teams and suppliers
Triage reporting requests and maintain KPI dashboards
What we are ideally looking for
An organised multitasker who loves making processes seamless and supporting teams to deliver great service.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communicator
Experience managing operational processes
Ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Understanding of compliance frameworks
Excel & Outlook skills
Experience in MSP/Recruitment environments
Background in operations, coordination or administration
