Hybrid – London / Remote
Term: June 2026 – April 2028 (22 months), with possible extension
Hours: 0.6 FTE (3 days per week)
Salary Band: £30,000–£35,000 FTE (pro rata)

The Arts Foundation is a registered charity that supports individual artists and creatives in the UK with unconditional financial fellowships of £20,000 through the Arts Foundation Futures Awards. About The Role
This is a key position working closely with the Director to expand our fundraising and development activity supporting artists and our charitable mission. The Development Manager will be part of a collaborative, purpose‑driven organisation with opportunities to shape our future development strategy and make a meaningful impact.
