Answer: Admin is taken care of for you so you can concentrate on being a conveyancer Residential Property Conveyancer Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, freeholds/leaseholds, and some experience with new builds. Conduct comprehensive title investigations, review contracts, and draft legal documents with meticulous attention to detail. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to facilitate smooth and timely transactions. Provide expert advice on all aspects of residential property law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices. Residential Property Conveyancer Requirements: Qualified Residential Property Conveyancer with a minimum of three years' experience managing their own caseload. Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, property law, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
