The Role
As a Qualified Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (and KS5 where applicable), plan effectively to meet the needs of all learners, and contribute to the wider life of the school.
Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Assessing, tracking, and monitoring student progress
• Maintaining high behavioural and academic expectations
• Contributing to departmental development
• Supporting students’ academic and personal growth

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will:
• Hold QTS
• Have experience teaching within a secondary setting
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management
• Show commitment to high standards and student progress
• Be able to commute to Lincoln and surrounding areas
