More recruitment are working with a client based in PE7 who are looking for an experienced Transport Clerk to join their team on an ongoing basis. This is a night shift so you must be used to working nights and the shift will be on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern starting at 19.00 - 7am. Pay Rate: £13.58 per hour. Shifts: 4 on 4 off shifts - 19.00 to 7am What the job involves: (a full job description will be sent to you prior to interview) Pre-briefing and debriefing drivers, Managing route changes (driver no-shows, customer queries, schedule adjustments, Completing in-house reports for key customers, Checking, scanning, and locating PODs, Handling fleet call-outs and defect reports, Liaising with shunters and Operations teams and Using in-house systems (AS400 / Hydra planning system) to update routes and deliveries.
