OCS is currently recruiting for an HR Support Administrator to join our friendly, passionate, fast-paced, and driven, HR Support Team in Ipswich.
We need an exceptional administrator with the following skills, personal qualities and experience:
1. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a desire for getting things right the first time, all the time!
2. Able to plan and prioritise a varied workload within strict deadlines, and able to work independently, or as part of a team
3. Confident and clear communication skills – both written and spoken
4. A “can do” attitude, with a flexible approach to change, and a desire to learn new skills and systems
5. Experience of working in a HR environment (advantageous but not essential)
6. Minimum 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grades C or higher
7. Sound knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

Key Responsibilities:
14. Assisting with the preparation and issue of offer letters, contracts of employment, and amendments to terms and conditions of employment
15. Provide HR-related information and guidance to employees and managers to solve queries, and provide references and confirmation of employment letters
16. Provide admin support with ad hoc projects and information requests as required
17. Helping others in the team, as and when needed
