Product Owner - Hybrid / Maidenhead - Fixed Term Contract (6-9mths)
My client are looking to recruit a 'Product Owner' on a fixed term contract basis for approximate 6-9mths. The work can be performed on a hybrid basis with a need to be onsite at Maidenhead offices every week.
The role itself can be described as follows:
Key Responsibilities
1. Stay aligned with and contribute to the product vision, roadmaps and priorities
2. Work closely with stakeholders (customers, partners, consulting, support) to understand product needs and translate into actionable user stories
3. Serve as a product evangelist, particularly with Product Managers and Business teams, to help them understand the best practices of using the platform
4. Contribute and develop documentation for new features including user interface mock-ups, process, data sequence diagrams, and release notes
5. Lead sprint ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement and Retrospectives
6. Collaborate with teams to review output during sprints, answer questions about desired functionality/outcomes lead sprint reviews and product demos
7. Ensure the team has the appropriate number of stories in the backlog prepared for sprint planning by conducting backlog refinement, monitor ready stories vs. velocity
