We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants available to work on a daily supply basis within an all-through Alternative Provision in Willenhall. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils across primary and secondary age groups. Work closely with students presenting SEMH needs, additional learning needs and behavioural challenges. Build positive, supportive relationships that encourage engagement in learning. Assist with behaviour management strategies and create a safe, structured environment. Support teachers in delivering lessons and provide one-to-one or small group interventions. About You Essential: Prior experience working within a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit), Alternative Provision, or similar setting. Proven experience supporting students with SEMH and behavioural difficulties. A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to supporting challenging behaviour. Flexibility to adapt to different age groups and settings within the provision.
