What you will do:
As the Corporate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with and supporting our corporate customers, primarily in the Hospitality, Leisure and Healthcare sectors, with ongoing product services. You will also assist our Corporate Banking Directors & Managers with activities to ensure financial and risk objectives are met.
* Support CBDs & CBMs in managing a complex customer portfolio, ensuring credit and operational risks are managed and completed promptly.
* Evaluate complex lending opportunities, managing financial metrics and risk considerations.
* Support timely completion of renewals, covenants, conditions, EDD/ODDs, and CRGA.
* Gather and analyze financial information such as statements and management accounts.
* Maintain relationships with key market professionals and represent the Corporate Banking Team.
* Collaborate with departments like Credit, Lending & Securities, and others.
* Act with integrity and serve as a role model for the team and the bank.

What you will need:
* Understanding of job-related risks and stakeholder impact.
* Experience in Corporate Banking, relationship development, and promoting the bank’s reputation.
* Strong credit underwriting skills and knowledge of the commercial lending process.
* Proficiency in credit writing, financial analysis, and report creation.
* Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of Structured Finance, Hospitality & Leisure, or Healthcare sectors.
* Understanding of Financial Crime, AML, and conduct standards.
* Familiarity with systems like T24, CRM, Power BI, SharePoint.
