The hotel offers conference facilities for up to 750 with 9 meeting rooms. It is a very popular and busy venue.
The Role
As Conference and Banqueting Manager, youll take the lead in managing the hotels busy C&B operations. Youll ensure every event from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions runs flawlessly, while maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the smooth delivery of all conference and banqueting events
Lead, motivate, and develop the C&B team to deliver exceptional guest service
Manage training and performance to build a high-performing department
Coordinate high-profile events with precision and professionalism
Work closely with the Sales and F&B teams to meet client expectations at every stage
About You
Youll have proven experience as a Conference and Banqueting Manager (or Assistant C&B Manager ready to step up) within a luxury 4 or 5-star environment. Youll combine strong leadership and organisational skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.
