Our market leading client, based in Castle Donington, are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team. This is an administration based role supporting the existing team.
Permanent role.
£25,000
Monday to Friday.
Admin Assistant - The Role:
* Handling enquiries from clients via telephone and email and logging on the system.
* Recording information and enquiries and keeping info up to date.
* Drafting and issuing client contracts and order confirmations, ensuring all agreements are signed off.
* Processing paperwork to ensure equipment is booked.
* Preparing client contracts and acknowledgement of orders
* Processing invoices
* Filing of all paperwork generated
Admin Assistant - The Candidate:
* Candidates preferably need office based experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal
* Good working ethics
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
