Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a highly successful Transport business to recruit a POD Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client operates within a fast-paced, exciting industry and works alongside a large customer base. Our client is experiencing continual growth and demand making it an excellent time to join the team.
The Role
1. Liaising closely with various internal departments including drivers, warehousing and customer service regarding any POD queries.
2. Maintain records of all PODs and updating of ERP system.
3. General administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
4. Customer service, following up with customers regarding any POD queries.
The Person
5. The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator coming with previous experience working with POD's ideally within transport or logistics.
6. An organised and confident individual who is able to build strong relationships with customers.
7. IT proficient with experience in using all MS packages and ERP systems.
8. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
The package for this role includes a salary of £26,000-£27,000 DOE, alongside various other benefits which can be discussed upon discussion with Honeycomb. Offering a working week of Monday- Friday, 8am-5:30pm, based on site in Ballymena. The client offers excellent opportunities for long-term career growth and development.
