Your New Role
As HR & Payroll Manager, you will support a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, end-to-end payroll, process improvement, policy work, HR projects, and general administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for HR advice, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Support investigations, disciplinary actions, performance management, and absence management.
* Oversee payroll and pensions administration, including processing and query management.
* Manage the full recruitment process, including safer recruitment practices.
* Maintain and improve HR systems, including upcoming HRIS implementation.
* Support HR project initiatives.
* Develop and report on HR metrics, such as gender pay gap and absence data.
* Handle HR administration tasks, including T&Cs, flexible working requests, and employee record maintenance.
What You Will Need
* Minimum of 3 years HR experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and systems.
* Proficiency in IT systems.
* Approachable, pragmatic, and capable of handling a busy and changing workload.
* Enhanced Pension up to 16%.
