The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Security Guard to ensure the security of our Sobha Realty Training Centre and associated sites by providing a professional and efficient security service.
You'll contribute to and help improve our security by monitoring our premises to prevent illegal activities and ensuring all buildings are secure.

Your day-to-day
1. Manage site access by monitoring and controlling entry for all visitors.
2. Oversee visitor operations, keep records, and conduct searches when necessary.
3. Champion safety processes by liaising with and educating colleagues about visitors and security issues.
4. Ensure site security by assisting with opening and managing specific areas, maintaining building security and safety.
5. Proactively identify and escalate security or terrorism threats and suspicious behavior.
6. Provide emergency support, assist with evacuations, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in security handling various challenges.
* Proactive problem-solving skills, experienced in managing incidents and emergencies.
* Hold relevant licenses, including SIA door supervisor and CCTV licenses.
* A customer-first approach with a commitment to excellent service.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and customers.
