Teaching Personnel are working alongside a specialist SEMH school in Cranborne who require enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to provide ongoing support across the school.
The school supports pupils aged 11–16 with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and are seeking staff who can build positive relationships and provide consistency within the classroom.
You Will:
* Support students with learning and emotional regulation
* Assist teachers with classroom management
* Encourage pupil engagement and confidence
* Provide both academic and pastoral support
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in education, care, youth work, or SEN support
* A patient and adaptable nature
* The ability to work well as part of a team
* A driving licence and access to transport

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
