Our client based in Peterborough is recruiting for an ER and Compliance Manager on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend or become permanent. This role will be on-site 5 days a week.
As the ER and Compliance Manager, you will lead and manage the organisation's employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law. You will provide expert advice, manage cases, and develop policies to ensure fair, legally compliant, and effective employment practices. The role supports leaders, managers, and HR colleagues in resolving complex employment issues, reducing legal risks, and fostering positive employee relations aligned with the organisation's values and statutory obligations.

* Have strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulatory frameworks.
* Possess excellent knowledge of statutory requirements and pre-employment processes.
* Have a strong working knowledge of tribunal risk assessments and mitigation.
