Our client an established Estate Agent is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator
Salary: £15,000 - £22,000 pa based on age and any transferrable skills
OTE: £22,500 - £28,000 pa

Hours 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday
Saturday 9am-5pm
Bank Holiday 9am – 4pm
Location: Rainham

Trainee Sales Negotiator Key Responsibilities:
* Client Communication: Provide timely updates to vendors and learn to share property and pricing feedback effectively.
* Sales & Valuations: Assist with booking valuations, support sales activities, and work towards meeting personal and branch targets.
* Client Registration: Learn to register clients to understand their needs.
* Conveyancing & Financial Services: Gain knowledge of the conveyancing process and mortgage services, promoting recommended solicitors and financial products.
* Technology Use: Develop skills in using company CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and property portals. Assist with branch social media, such as TikTok and WhatsApp Business.
* Time Management: Maintain an organised diary, complete tasks on time, and follow daily task sheets.
* Teamwork & Culture: Contribute to a positive, fun, and innovative team environment, embracing growth and collaboration.
* Performance Tracking: Learn to track performance, manage emails, and maintain professional phone and interpersonal skills
