Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Personal Finance and Administrative Assistant to directly support an UHNW couple with the day‑to‑day management of their personal expenditure, lifestyle costs, and financial administration.
Based in the Principals’ Lifestyle Unit at their London office, this role works closely alongside the Travel and Lifestyle Manager to ensure seamless coordination of financial, administrative, and operational matters relating to the Principals’ personal and professional lives.
This is a pivotal, hands‑on position requiring outstanding attention to detail, strong numerical ability, commercial awareness, and discretion.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment and bring a proactive approach to cost control, supplier management, and financial accuracy while supporting the smooth running of the Principals’ lifestyle and associated operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify, process, and reconcile high-volume bills and invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment using Excel and internal systems.
* Track and manage day-to-day personal and lifestyle expenditure for the Principals.
* Assist with budgeting, cash‑flow tracking, and basic financial reporting.
* Identify cost‑saving opportunities across all areas of spend, including negotiating with suppliers and securing preferential rates or discount codes.
* Support reconciliation and expense categorisation across multiple accounts and cost centres.
Procurement & Supplier Liaison
* Source and purchase everyday items and lifestyle-related goods and services, ensuring best value and quality.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
* Review and summarise contracts, highlighting key terms, risks, renewal dates, and negotiation points.
Administrative & Operational Support
* Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings across multiple time zones.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems for financial, contractual, and administrative documentation.
* Monitor and maintain oversight of in‑country day counts and related compliance tracking.
* Provide ad‑hoc administrative and operational support to the Lifestyle Unit as required.
Collaboration
* Work closely with the Travel and Lifestyle Manager to ensure all financial and administrative aspects of travel, property usage, events, and daily living are managed efficiently and cost‑effectively.
* Liaise with external advisors where necessary (e.g., accountants, legal teams, suppliers).
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven experience in finance administration, procurement, or a similar support role, ideally within private office, family office, UHNW, or professional services environments.
* Degree qualified (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline preferred)
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capability.
* Commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify savings and negotiate effectively.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling sensitive personal and financial information.
