Job Description
We are seeking a Multi skilled Kitchen and F&B team member to join our dynamic team in Ipswich, United Kingdom. This versatile role offers an exciting opportunity to work across both kitchen and front-of-house operations, providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
1. Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards
2. Serve customers in the dining area, taking orders and delivering food and beverages
3. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash and card transactions
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and dining areas
5. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
7. Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
8. Adapt to various roles within the kitchen and dining area as needed
9. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
10. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in food service operations
Qualifications
11. Previous experience in kitchen and/or food service roles (preferred)
12. Proficiency in food preparation and basic cooking techniques
13. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
14. Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems accurately
15. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
16. Excellent multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
17. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
18. Flexibility to work in various roles and adapt to changing priorities
19. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
