As a Trainee Property Manager at Haybrook Estate Agents in Sheffield, you will receive:
1. £26700 OTE per year
2. Uncapped commission
3. Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

How you will make an impact as a Property Manager at Haybrook Estate Agents in Sheffield:
19. Booking and conducting property inspections
20. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
21. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
22. Deposit returns
23. Resolving rental arrears
24. Processing eviction requests
25. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
26. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
27. Managing complaints
28. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

Driving Requirements
39. You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
40. Full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
