As a Graduate Key Account Handler at GM Packaging, you’ll work with a wide range of customers from local businesses to major brands gaining real exposure to account management, sales, and customer success from day one. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting and growing a portfolio of customer accounts Building relationships and handling customer enquiries Preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up leads Identifying opportunities to upsell and develop accounts Resolving queries and ensuring a high level of customer service Keeping systems updated and supporting reporting/forecasting What We’re Looking For A recent graduate (any relevant degree) Confident communicator who enjoys working with people Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn A team player with a commercial mindset Any customer-facing or sales experience is a bonus Your Future This role is designed to develop you into a successful account manager, with structured training, hands-on experience, and clear progression as you grow within the business.
