Primary Objective
To lead the content strategy across 12 defined member journeys, ensuring content is relevant, structured, and performance-optimised across digital platforms. The role will drive strategic development of a new digital experience platform (DXP) suite and support the evolution of legacy member portals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead content strategy across all 12 member journeys
2. Define and maintain content frameworks and governance
3. Collaborate with comms, marketing, and digital teams to align messaging and delivery
4. Own and manage the product roadmap and backlogs
5. Oversee CMS development and integration with marketing automation tools
6. Support transition from legacy portals to new DXP suite (Website, Portal, DAM, Automation)
7. Analyse journey performance and optimise content delivery
