Overview
To work as a key member of the Continual Service Improvement team, providing coordination and delivery of transformational programmes and projects, building a culture of continual service improvement.
Working with the Continual Service Improvement Lead the post holder will assist with the development and implementation of large-scale change management programmes and improvement projects.
The post holder will have sound working knowledge and experience of using a project management approach, producing complex programme plans, quality assurance and project documentation. They will have excellent communication and prioritisation skills with an ability to engage with a wide range of teams across organisations.
Responsibilities
* Provide programme management support to a range of identified projects.
* To develop and maintain programme and project plans, coordinating team responses.
* To support with the coordination on a range of complex projects and initiatives, ensuring that regular reporting arrangements are in place to keep colleagues, boards and stakeholders informed.
* To carry out timely and accurate information analysis and reporting on agreed areas of the project portfolio.
* To carry out web based and publications research in relation to specific projects.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective channels of communication.
* Assist with coordinating an effective change control process, consulting with key stakeholders as necessary.
* To work with colleagues in transformation teams to ensure effective connectivity to other improvement programmes and projects.
* To organise meetings, conferences and stakeholder events as required in relation to the project.
* Updating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets relevant to the project.
* To assist in developing business cases if required.
