Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance, and maximising occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies.
Duties
* Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant communications and lease agreements.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
* Utilise software for data entry, record keeping, and financial reporting related to property management.
* Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and upsell available units effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and property performance metrics.
* Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
* Social media & online property marketing
* Landlord updates & client communication
Qualifications
* Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
* Strong administrative experience with excellent data entry skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
