About the role
Cyclone is looking for aService Delivery Coordinatorto ensure our customers receive timely, efficient, and premium-quality service every time. This role combines service delivery and project co-ordination, ensuring seamless execution of IT services while driving project and pre-sales success.
What you will do:
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet agreed service levels, timelines, and quality standards for internal teams and external clients.
Act as a central point of contact between technical teams, sales teams, and customers to facilitate efficient resolution of pre-sales engagements and opportunities.
Maintain project documentation and service delivery reports, ensuring accurate records of progress, risks, issues, and change management activities.
Manage small to medium-scale projects, including scheduling, task tracking, stakeholder communication, and resource coordination to ensure successful project outcomes.
Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs, proactively addressing variances and escalating concerns to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
