Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Spring, TX. In this entry-level position, you will assist in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
As a Junior Accountant, you will support various accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their accounting career and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
* Help prepare monthly financial statements and reports
* Support the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts
* Maintain organized financial records and documentation
* Participate in month-end closing activities
* Assist with audit preparation and other financial requests
* Collaborate with team members on various accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
* 0-2 years of accounting experience or internships preferred
* Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
