About the Company
The company is a small family-run business offering a true American BBQ experience in the heart of Coatbridge. They cater for around 46 sit-in covers and also have a busy takeaway and delivery service.
Job Details
The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7. The shift patterns will mainly be in the evenings and on weekends, but may vary to support business needs. The business operates 7 days a week between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm.
Pay
Pay rate will be at the Real Living Wage.
Responsibilities
* Prepare meals for delivery and service, ensuring all food is cooked correctly and allergy requirements are met.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the small kitchen, following a strict clean-as-you-go policy.
* Follow opening and closing procedures, keep records up to date, and adhere to HACCP procedures as per the cook safe manual.
* Ensure good timekeeping to avoid shift changeover disruptions.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and personal presentation.
* Obtain REHIS Food Hygiene training prior to commencing employment.
