As our business enters an exciting development phase, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Case Manager. This pivotal role is designed for a regulated health professional with extensive expertise in adult brain injury rehabilitation and complex case management within the medico-legal arena.
North Star is renowned for providing an excellent, skillful service to clients and their legal teams. We are highly sought-after for clients with complex needs, who often require life long care packages, which we oversee in accordance with the requirements of the CQC.
You will have expertise in high-complexity neurology cases, ideally including PDOC. You must be competent at supervising team members and encouraging learning and development of expertise.
You will report to the Clinical Manager, manage a small specialised caseload, and support operational excellence by maintaining the highest standards of client care and rehabilitation.
Working from your own office, it is a full time position with a competitive salary.
CPD is actively encouraged by attendance at various training events and conferences, as well as representing the Company at sector events.
You should have BABICM Advanced Registered Practitioner membership and be registered with IRCM.
