Make the Move This Summer — D&G Outbound Sales A role where ambition meets opportunity

Salary: £25,506 per year plus average additional earnings of £8,000 per annum.

Contract: Permanent, full time with a fixed weekly shift pattern.

Location: Hybrid – a blend of Nottingham office and home working, giving you the opportunity to collaborate in person, learn from experienced colleagues and stay connected as part of a high‑performing team.

Start date: Monday 3rd August 2026.

How will you contribute?

As an Outbound Sales Advisor working on a hybrid basis, you will play a pivotal role within the business by helping customers safeguard their valuable household electrical items through our insurance cover protection options. You will provide the features and benefits of our protection plans to customers, whilst also addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have. You will focus on ensuring the very best outcome for customers during each interaction. You will be part of a supportive team that values your efforts and celebrates your success, fostering an environment where your contributions are recognised and appreciated.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:30am – 7:00pm

Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

2 x 15‑minute breaks and a 30‑minute lunch break.

Training and Onboarding

Your first six weeks are carefully structured to support your learning and confidence.

  • Week 1: Monday 3rd, Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th August – intensive training at the Nottingham office.
  • Week 2: Monday 11th, Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th August – continued training at the Nottingham office.
  • Following the initial training, Gradbay will commence with office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the remainder of the week spent working from home as part of the hybrid approach.
