What you will do: Collaborate as a crucial member of the clinical team, working alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and therapy assistants within community therapy services. Manage an independent caseload that includes some highly complex patients, providing specialist assessments and care. Develop, implement, and evaluate individual programmes of care for patients on a continuous basis. Engage with a multi-professional team, including consultants, GPs, nursing staff, physiotherapists, social workers, and other allied health professionals, to manage and discharge patients under your care. Deliver essential clinical education to all staff within community services. Requirements: You must be a qualified physiotherapist with a degree or equivalent in physiotherapy. You should have recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy. Registration with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK is required.
