Join to apply for the Waiting Times Officer role at NHS Scotland. We have an exciting opportunity for a Waiting Times Officer to join the Surgical Directorate, supporting the management of waiting times across NHS Fife.
Key Responsibilities
You will be a flexible, motivated individual capable of working on your own and/or as part of a team. You will support the management of waiting times and work with waiting times data and reporting.
Qualifications
Substantial relevant administrative experience in a secretarial or Health Records environment, some of which involved working with waiting times. Excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills. A robust working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft packages is essential. In-depth knowledge of NHS Waiting Times including Treatment Time Guarantee (TTG) and current Scottish Government waiting times targets. Knowledge of definitions and codes would be an advantage.
