Job Description
Main Function
The Senior Retail Sales Advisor provides exceptional experiences for all concession visitors to build long-term relationships and achieve sales targets. Working with colleagues, the Assistant Concession Manager, and the Blancpain management team, the Retail Sales Advisor helps ensure every client experiences the high level of service worthy of a Blancpain timepiece.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales and Business Development:
o Provide excellent client experience and timely follow-up for prospective clients and owners to achieve sales targets.
o Propose clients for and participate in local activation events aligned with the Brand Universe.
o Support colleagues in sales activities by preparing invoices, gifts, and packaging.
o Ensure requests and inquiries (online, email, phone) are followed up promptly.
o Develop and maintain high-level sales techniques and watchmaking knowledge.
* Concession Operations:
o Participate in maintaining the boutique: product displays, props setup, etc.
o Understand and adhere to all operating and security guidelines.
o Follow security protocols and proper maintenance of stock timepieces.
Profile
* Previous sales experience in luxury retail concessions.
* Excellent client service skills and attention to detail.
* Entrepreneurial spirit to develop business and build long-lasting client relationships.
* Team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
* Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning.
* Strong interest in Fine Watchmaking and Arts de Vivre.
