This is a fantastic opportunity to support children aged 0-16 years with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and make a real difference in their educational journey. What You'll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with a variety of SEN, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning difficulties. Supporting students both inside the classroom and outside during break times, physical activities, and school trips. Helping to deliver individualised learning plans and adapting teaching strategies to meet students' needs. Encouraging students to develop independence, self-confidence, and social skills. Working alongside the class teacher and SENCo to track progress, implement interventions, and provide ongoing support. Assisting with behavioural management and promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
