Your Role:
* Responsible for ensuring the accurate recording and documentation of PPM, contractor and data within their designated area of responsibility.
* Provide effective and comprehensive administrative support to PPM team, utilising Information Technology (IT) systems.
* Attend contractor performance meetings with the Subcontractor Manager and record minutes for attendance distribution.
* Submit Work Orders (WOs) for remedial maintenance activities as directed by the technical co-ordinator from PPM tasks.
* Issue Purchase Orders (POs) or approval against authorised WOs for internal, external maintenance teams and contractor tasking as per agreed quotes.
* Producing performance reports on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as directed by the Subcontractor Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent including Maths and English)
* Experience: Excellent knowledge of computing systems and software, particularly MS Office and SharePoint. Work in an accurate, methodical and timely manner.
* Skills: Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Builds positive relationships, prioritises tasks, and delivers high quality, customer focused service with initiative and reliability.
* Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
