An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading specialty insurance platform for a Reward Consultant / Analyst to join its People & Culture team in London. This role offers the chance to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and play a key part in shaping and delivering the reward strategy across a growing organisation.
The Role:
In this position, you’ll support the development and delivery of compensation strategies, working closely with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and the wider business. You’ll work hands-on with data, providing meaningful insights to inform business decisions and help evolve the organisation’s total reward approach.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with HR, Finance, and the business to provide commercially focused reward solutions (e.g., benchmarking, benefits, budgeting).
* Producing regular reports and analytics, including quarterly bonus build files.
* Supporting the design and implementation of new reward frameworks and policies.
* Contributing to the successful delivery of the annual year-end reward cycle.
* Helping to shape best practice reward approaches in a high-growth environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in Reward / Compensation.
* Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
* Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, private equity-backed organisation.
* A genuine interest in building scalable, effective reward practices.
