About You:
* You're naturally positive, reliable, and love a challenge
* You bring creativity, curiosity, and energy into every interaction
* You’re patient and empathetic, with a genuine interest in supporting young people with additional needs
* You may have experience in education, coaching, childcare, or youth work—or you’ve studied a related subject and are eager to apply your knowledge
