About the Role
An Independent school in Barnet requires an enthusiastic PE Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary, full-time position. You will deliver engaging PE lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4. We are looking for a dedicated PE Teacher.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging PE Teacher lessons, covering a range of sports and activities.
* Prepare students for practical assessments.
* Develop students' physical fitness, skills, and understanding of sports and health.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the organisation and delivery of extracurricular sports activities.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Physical Education.
* Proven experience in teaching PE at secondary level.
* Strong knowledge of sports and physical activities.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to engage and motivate students.
