Sales Contracts Manager (WeighingEquipment) Field-Based | UK (Northern Territory) Base Salary: £40,000 Uncapped Commission (OTE £55K) Company Car Benefits A growing and well-established UK manufacturer of industrial weighing and measurement solutions is looking to appoint a Sales Contracts Manager to support continued expansion across the UK. This is a strong opportunity for either: A technically minded individual looking to transition into sales, or An experienced Sales / Account Manager / Business Development Manager seeking a new challenge in a specialist engineering sector The Role You will be responsible for developing contract sales across a broad portfolio of weighing equipment and solutions, working with clients across multiple sectors. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing an existing customer base Re-engaging dormant accounts and identifying new opportunities Driving new business across industrial sectors Managing your own territory with a high level of autonomy Building long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels What We're Looking For Experience in sales, account management or business development OR strong technical/engineering background with a desire to move into sales MUST HAVE Weighing Equipment Industry Experience Target-driven with a proven ability to generate revenue Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage your own pipeline and territory effectively Experience within industrial equipment, engineering, or manufacturing is advantageous but not essential The Package £40,000 basic salary Uncapped commission (OTE £55K) Company car Laptop, phone, and full support package Clear opportunity for progression within a growing business Apply To find out more or apply, please send your CV or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
