Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Heysham, Morecambe
Salary: Basic salary of £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated Children's Home Team at Bayview. Located in the heart of Capernwray, Carnforth, you’ll be part of a family-oriented environment, caring for a maximum of four young people.
Your Role
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Guide young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties towards success.
* Provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that fosters positive growth.
* Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in daily operations to enhance the lives of our residents.
* Support continuous improvement and uphold the outstanding reputation of our home.
* Step in for the Registered Manager when they are not present.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A full UK driving license.
* Your Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

* All legal and Ofsted standards are consistently met.
* Feedback from residents and stakeholders is communicated effectively.
* Staff adhere to the highest standards of behavior and professionalism.
* Daily operations run smoothly, with a focus on quality and improvement.
