Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. A valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites as required.
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
* Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
* Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
* Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll as needed
* Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or hazards
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address specific cleaning requirements
* Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
* Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
Requirements
* Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact professionally with clients and colleagues
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Valid driving licence is desirable for site visits or travelling between locations
* Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this role
