THE ROLE
* Lead and coordinate a Domestic Abuse Safe Accommodation service, ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed support is delivered to individuals and families while driving service performance and partnership working.
* Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of safe accommodation and outreach services.
* Manage, supervise, and develop a team of support staff and volunteers.
* Oversee referrals, allocations and 24/7 service access including on‑call rota.
* Ensure effective multi‑agency working including MARAC and local partnerships.
* Monitor service performance, outcomes and produce detailed monthly reports.
* Manage risk, safeguarding concerns and complex casework.
* Support service development, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
THE CANDIDATE
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar leadership role within domestic abuse, supported housing or a related service.
* Strong experience supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse and/or homelessness.
* Proven experience managing or supervising teams in a support setting.
* Experience completing risk and needs assessments (e.g. DASH, RIC).
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, housing law and domestic abuse legislation.
* Experience of multi‑agency working including MARAC and partnership forums.
* Ability to deliver trauma‑informed, person‑centred services.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
THE CONTRACT
Working Hours: 32 hours full time
Length of Contract: Permanent
Rate: £28,444 per year, plus benefits.
