The role
As a Position Management Administrator, you will assist in driving the successful implementation of a new position management project across the business, contributing to process optimization and organisational effectiveness. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing data streams, ensuring compliance, and streamlining processes to support organisational efficiency and integrity.
1. Manage and update position records.
2. Maintain accuracy in position data, including job classifications, organisational structures, and reporting lines.
3. Activate positions and coordinate with recruitment administration to fill vacancies.
4. Conduct regular reviews to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
5. Provide stakeholders with reports and insights for decision-making.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements.
Essential Experience
* Experience in HR or organisational development.
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Position Management.
