What You’ll Own
* Align HR strategy with company goals and team structures
* Lead end-to-end people operations: onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding
* Be a trusted advisor to leadership on org design, talent management, and team development
* Drive employee engagement, feedback cycles, and team health metrics (e.g. eNPS, retention)
* Solve employee relations issues with professionalism and clarity
* Create and refine global HR policies for compliance and consistency
* Champion leadership coaching and team alignment in a remote-first model
* Support hiring initiatives through role scoping and process design
The Profile
What You Bring
* 3+ years in HRBP, HR Manager, or People Ops roles (remote/startup experience is a plus)
* Deep understanding of HR compliance, employee relations, and performance management
* Strong ability to advise cross-functional leaders and implement scalable people strategies
* High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a bias for action
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
* Proficiency with tools like BambooHR, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace
* Prior experience in distributed teams or global companies preferred
