Overview
We are looking for a kind, dedicated early years practitioner (ideally full time, 38 hours/4 days) to join our long standing setting with a great reputation

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery setting.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment that encourages exploration and play.
* Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere.
* Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are desired.
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
* For a very strong and enthusiastic candidate we may consider an apprenticeship with training and support given
