Who You'll Be Working With:
You'll report directly to our Head of Client Services and work alongside a talented team. This is a hands-on role where initiative, confidence, and positive energy will go a long way.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of Client Services in managing client accounts, assisting with the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
* Actively build and manage relationships with clients via calls, emails, meetings, and workshops - always with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
* Lead internal and external meetings confidently, keeping everyone aligned and engaged.
* Brief individuals and make presentations to client teams in a clear, persuasive manner.
* Monitor project progress and flag any blockers or resourcing needs to ensure smooth delivery.
* Be in regular and proactive contact with clients during project planning and delivery cycles, scheduling and leading calls, workshops and meetings where required, individually and as part of a team.
* Take ownership of your projects - check in proactively, coordinate with the team, and keep everything moving.
* Be the friendly voice and expert hand guiding our clients through their project journeys, developing positive, long-lasting relationships.
* Quality assurance/testing websites (no technical knowledge required).
* Support training for clients on how to update their website (no technical knowledge required)
* Conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience demographics to inform digital marketing strategies.
* Stay curious — keep up to date with web and digital trends, and bring fresh ideas and insights to the table.
What you need to bring:
* Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a user experience, digital or design agency environment.
* Self-motivation and initiative - we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, spots problems early, and suggests solutions.
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills - you’ll be working with a variety of exciting different clients so the ability to multi-task is essential.
* A genuine enthusiasm for working with people and supporting both clients and team members.
* Fantastic attention to detail.
* A friendly, respectful, and approachable attitude - we’re big believers in team spirit and kindness.
* Ability to work well in teams as well as individually.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Willingness to adapt and take on varied tasks as needed.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Flexibility - additional/alternative tasks may be required from time to time as directed.
Nice to have:
* Experience in managing web or digital projects.
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and agile project methodologies.
* Confidence using reporting or analytics tools.
