The Role:
We’re looking for an Exhibition Project Manager to join a creative, well-established exhibition design agency in Warwickshire. You’ll lead exciting, large-scale custom builds for high-profile clients across the UK and overseas. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office) with plenty of scope for collaboration, creativity, and growth.
The Company:
They are known for delivering bold, innovative exhibition stands and immersive brand experiences. From concept to install, their team of designers, creatives, and project managers bring ideas to life for a wide range of premium clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage exhibition projects from brief to build
• Oversee multiple live projects
• Work closely with design, production, and suppliers
• Handle budgets, schedules, and documentation
• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Be hands-on during installs, builds, and de-rigs
About You:
You’re an organised, proactive project manager with a passion for live events. Ideally, you’ll have:
• Proven experience in exhibitions/events build
• Agency or similar industry background
• Knowledge of materials, production, and build processes
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A team-focused, solutions-driven mindset
• Bonus points if you’ve used CAD or have IOSH
