Key responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership and direction to the Private Client Department
* Driving departmental growth, performance and service excellence
* Overseeing compliance, quality standards and risk management processes
* Supporting the development, supervision and progression of legal and support staff
* Contributing to business development activities and raising the department's profile
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
* Managing a varied caseload involving wills, trusts, probate and estate matters
* Advising on lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters
* Ensuring accurate management of departmental processes and procedures
About You
You will be an experienced private client solicitor who enjoys combining technical legal work with leadership responsibilities. You will be comfortable building relationships with clients and colleagues alike while maintaining high professional standards.
You’ll also be able to demonstrate the following:
* Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience in private client law
